I have arthritis in my right knee that can be very painful. My doctor says to just use Tylenol. Any ideas on what I can do when the Tylenol doesn’t help, and I have to be at work – on my feet for several hours.

I have juvenile arthritis, And i get leg pains like crazy. When i wear heels, when I walk too much, ect. Theres days where I will take up to 3 pills of tylenol or advil, and theres been times where I will take one for a week straight? and lately taking just one isnt doing the work anymore..would this be concidered abuse?

When cold weather comes I am in extreme pain.Doctor’s advice doesn’t work.I am so sick of taking tylenol extra strength.

According to the orthopedic, I have soriatic arthritis in my knees, and she gave me Voltaren gel to help the swelling go away, but it’s not working. I am also taking Tylenol three times a day, along with doing physical therapy for my legs. None of it is working, so do you have any suggestions for me that might make my legs feel better? Thanks!

I have arthritis pain which sometimes prevents me from sleeping soundly. My liver enzymes elevate too much if I take Tylenol, ibeprofon, Alleve. I have relief with an Enzymatic Product called End Pain that contains cherry extract, bosellia (70% bosellic acids/300 mg)and white willow (30% salicin/133 mg).
Someone told me that Hoodia suppresses appetite and I am interested in knowing anyone’s personal results with that herb.

I have inflamed hands meaning they are red all the time and puffy and hurt so bad. On my fingers some parts are yellow and some parts of the finger are red.

Is that classic signs if rheumatoid? Even as I type withe 2 pencils its still hurts. any pain 4 relief? HELP ME.

I had an accident a few years ago and tore up my knee which caused me to limp badly, resulting in messing up my back (or so the Chiro said).
I was prescribed 60+ mg of Hydrocodone daily (but I took well over 100 mg) and have since quit taking it (one of the hardest things I’ve done!). I have moved to a small town in OK and the docs here won’t prescribe pain meds except for right after surgery. So, I had to quit.
Is there anything at all I can take over the counter that will help my pain? I’ve tried Tylenol and Advil but I’m gonna destroy my liver at this rate and still not get rid of the pain.
I have a bulging disc in my back, less than 1/2 the cartilage in my knee and something wrong with my neck.

my mom is in her late 40’s and has had arthritis for like ever in her hands, back, and neck and i want to help her. she has tried Advil, Tylenol and other pain relief stuff and now i need some remedies i know that it can’t be taken away but it can’t helped and that’s all i want. Thanks. (and it can’t be expensive.)

I’m a writer and some days at the keyboard end in severe pain. I know tylenol-arthritis helps, but does anyone have any real advice to help ease an attack after it’s already started? Any ideas to prevent this? I’m in agony!
