All of a sudden I get pain in my left hip a month ago, and it is still tender today. I don’t understand what happened. It seems that walking is helping a whole lot right now. Instead of being able to exercise it out, some of the problem is transferred to hyperextending my left knee too. What can I do?

Are there any supplements I can take to get rid of the arthritis?

I read that apple cider vinegar is supposed to be better than ice. Is this true?

They drilled into the growth plate to stop growth on my right knee so my left knee could catch up, and possibly even out. The surgeryydidn’tt work very well, and my legs never evened out. However, that is not my point. Could the drilling have caused arthritis or another condition that could be giving me mild to severe knee pain? If it’s a different condition, can you please tell me what it is? Thanks in advance!

Please do not tell me I have arthritis in my knee….my right knee is perfectly fine, its just my left knee. It doesn’t hurt it just makes that crack sound when I drive up from the squat. Tell me whatever I need to do to improve my squat technique. Thanks a lot!

I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis in my right hand about 3 years ago, and now my left knee is starting to feel the same as my hand does. I’m worried because I’m going to a HUGE two day event where we’re going to be walking around for about 10 hours the first day, and 12 hours the next. Not too long ago I was walking around just for an hour after work, and my left knee seriously felt like jelly, so how do I tend to my knee? Are the certain types of foods that I can eat to help ease the pain, and what excersices and stretches are there that I could do before, during, and after my 2day event?
I would much appreciate someone’s help, even if this isn’t the most exciting question to answer.

Is joint pain always arthritis?

Im 38 & I have joint pain in my fingers, toes, and now my left knee, as well as in the back of my neck. I have had psoriasis for about 15 yrs and everything points to psoriatic arthritis.

Could I have Arthritis in the Left knee?

I am a disabled Vet that has arthritis in my right knee due to a fall at my first duty station. My left knee feels just as bad *PAIN* wise as my right knee..Could I have arthiritis in the left knee also from compensating the pain from my right knee to my left knee…Serious responses appreciated….

I had a Total Knee Replacement on my left knee 3 years ago. I had some arthritis in both knees. The right knee wasn’t too bad at that time. Now it pains when I bend it & it has some swelling. I have no plans to have another TKR. Would walking help strengthen it or not?

is my arthritis changing?

When i was 11 years old i was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, which at the time effected only my left knee (which swelled up badly and sometimes got locked) and right wrist. At about the age of 17-18 it began to get a lot better and when i was pregnant at 19 the symptoms practically went away. But about 5 months after having my baby it came back, and now my baby is 9 months old and im 20 yrs (pregnant again) and it’s all changed – yes my left knee is swollen but i have been getting (bad) pain in different joints (a different joint or two each day). Today it is my right knee which is not swollen but is very painful (more at night though) and my right knuckles. Sometimes its my ankles. With different joints being affected does that mean my arthritis has changed, as in is it still rheumatoid arthritis? Im 14 weeks pregnant but the symptoms are not getting any better thats for sure.
Just in case i didnt make my question clear, im asking if the type of arthritis i have can change into a different form of arthritis?

Could I have arthritis in my knee?

I’m 16 years old and I think I have arthritis in my knee. Sometimes it hurts so bad it keeps me from going to sleep. Usually its just my left knee but my right one hurts too. My shins sometimes hurt when my knees hurt also. Is this just growing pains as they are called or arthritis?

BTW: The pain is really, really bad.
I don’t go to a gym and work out or anything like that but I am very active like I take walks and do many things around the house.

Hi

I have a dull pain in my left knee, and it sometimes buckles

I am unsure wether it was caused by shin splints (as I sometimes have a pain in my lower leg) or from my job which is very labour intensive and often involves working in the cold kneeling down. Or is it early signs of arthritis?

Other than the pain, the problem is I love my job, and I want to keep working in it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to support my knee and protect it from the cold so it doesn’t get worse and I can keep working?

Also I have an irrational fear of the doctors, so I won’t be going to them for my knee.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you!
