my freshman year i had an ankle injury, partly caused because i got kicked in teh ankle during soccer
sophomore year: pain/mild sprain in left knee during cross country, left ankle swollen in track. my doctor gave me painkillers for both, and it got better.
junior year (this year) : pain below left knee in cross country
i’ve never had pain in wrists/arms/fingers etc. and im 15
what do you think? also, my horoscope that was made when i was born said i’d have knee problems (i just found it out recently)
do you think its rheumatoid arthritis ?
what would you recommend i do?
btw my pain stopped as soon as i started taking painkillers. after that i’m unsure on how long it took to cure, because all i knew was that i wasnt in pain

I was born with JRA, and i went into medical remission (which is really good) sometime in 4th grade, I have had four quiet years, but now, i have a flare up. Originally, i had arthiritis only in my left wrist and pointer finger, but the flare up came in my left ankle, and now possibly both my knees. It started in the mid-to-end of August, and now it is the 25 of November. Is this to long for a flare up?

I’ve had recurring pain in my left ankle for 5 years. After walking for about 15 minutes the pain is so bad that I have to stop. Can you get any types of arthritis in one joint? I’m trying to figure out if it’s just a physical injury that never healed or some disease.

I have swelling and pain in my left ankle caused by osteoarthritis, and I want to know what medicine will help reduce the swelling and releive the pain, which at times is so unbearable that I have to go to the hospital emergency room to get pain medication (morphine) to take the pain away. There must be something available that I can take on a daily basis to miniminze the pain and swelling. Please help me. Thank you.
