What is the best pain relief for arthritis in your facet joints. I have tried ibuprofen, tylenol, aleve, aspirin and Ultram. Not much help from any of them. Any suggestions other than narcotics ?

My doctor prescribed Ibuprofen, and this helps a little, but not nearly enough.

I injured the knee in 8th grade (I'm 31 now). It keeps fluid on it and the arthritis that has set up in it is just gradually getting worse. It has taken to trying to pop out of place lately too. When it pops it is usually pretty loud and then I have to kind of stand there for a few seconds and move it gently to get it comfortable to walk on again. I use a cold rice pack and Tylenol Arthritis. That's all I have. Is there anything else I can do for it?
I can't take Ibuprofen, Aleve, Excedrin or really anything other than Tyenol (acetaminophen) Can't even use Aspercream.
Also, I have seen a doctor for it. He said the arthritis is bad for my age but didn't prescribe either drugs or therapy.
