Here lately I have been dropping stuff left and right. I have had hand, toe, & knee pain most of all. My fingers and toes are swollen to? Does this sound like arthritis? Oh! It also runs on both sides of my family.

I have severe arthritis in both knees & back, I can’t exercise like normal people that can jump around & walk & run. I have to use a walker or wheel chair, when I walk I can walk for just a few steps & have to sit down again the pain is so bad. I take celebrex for it every day. I heard pools are a good way to get exercise but there its out of the question as I am on a limited budget & the pool fees cost way too much, any suggestions on how I can exercise every day & try to keep fit like I used to be? I would appriciate any suggestions.

I have arthritis in both knees, ankles, wrists & elbows. After a year of pain, I finally decided to try cortisone injections in my knees. I am wondering how long they will last.

I can not run due to the arthritis in my knees, swimming is out of the question due to financial reasons – so I walk, but that gets boring. So any ideas for other cardio would be great. Also – need to work on abs but get migraines whenever I do sit-ups. Yes I have had aerobic instructors watch me do them & they say that I am doing them right & not pulling on my neck, etc… but still get migraines anyway. Also get migraines with strenuous cardio workouts. I really want to lose weight, but it just seems that there are obstacles around every corner. So any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

well to start of i try my best to love the live god gave me:) i have the total of 5 diseases JUVENILE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, ACUTE DERMATOMYOSITIS , MIXED CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASE OVERLAP SYNDROME AND POSSIBLE LUPUS
it’s very hard right now i think i was getting better turn out i wasnt anymore:( i take Kimo every Friday and a filture every Saterday 11tablits of Kimo one Saterday.. and like iron and more..
i wish this wasn’t my path to walk anything but this. my little sister is my everything cause she helped me everyday one i couldn’t bend down to put my socks and shoes one:) or to put my hair up and my pants. i don’t want grow up being cripled:( i don’t want to have trouble because of this i have became so angry so if im ever a bitch to you im sorry maybe now you know why:) i don’t attend to be mean, it comes up like word vomit. i have anger issues and my emotions arnt stable.
and well ya im very unhappy and i try to be happy when im hanging out laughin inside i feel like shit. i want out! i wanna crawl in a ball and cry cause it hurts so much. i could fight but say i did and i broke my bone thats it.. itll be like that for a long time cause my immune system is so weak. when im sick im sick for weeks cause im weak in side to fight. i cant get cut or bruised cause it’s hard to heal…:(

I am seeing the doctor tomorrow, but just in case he does not know and sends me for a few weeks of tests, i was wondering if anyone might have a guess, that i could suggest to the doc.

been going on for two weeks. i have Psoriatic arthritis, a type of arthritis that does not stay in one joint, but moves to other joints, and i can be pain free for months, or the pain can be no worse then when you strain a muscle. i do not believe it is Psoriatic arthritis.

knee hurts all the time, can not put weight on it, bend it, straighten it, lay down or elevate it. extreme pain when knee is at its bending limits, fully straight or fully bent.

no swelling, not warm, not painful to touch. no loss of feeling or discoloration to rest of leg.

pain is in the knee, under knee cap, not in a muscle.

pain can not be pinpointed to a part of the knee.

foot is turned about 1/4 turn out. meaning, when standing straight, both feet should be side by side and pointing straight ahead. mine, points about a 1/4 turn outward. it is the right knee, so the foot points away from my body. normally, both feet would be at "12 o’clock".. one of mine is at "12 o’clock" the other is at 2 o’clock".
i can turn it straight, with no more pain than anything else, but it does not feel normal. like when you turn your foot a 1/4 turn, you have to hold it there. if you take a step, it returns to straight, unless you hold it out.
i did not notice the 1/4 turn until yesterday, i do not believe it has been that way for two weeks, i think the foot just turned.
i realize we will hold a foot in an unnatural stance when in pain, if that feels better, but i am not holding it turned.

any guesses?

Im 38 & I have joint pain in my fingers, toes, and now my left knee, as well as in the back of my neck. I have had psoriasis for about 15 yrs and everything points to psoriatic arthritis.

I had a Total Knee Replacement on my left knee 3 years ago. I had some arthritis in both knees. The right knee wasn’t too bad at that time. Now it pains when I bend it & it has some swelling. I have no plans to have another TKR. Would walking help strengthen it or not?

im almost 13 & ive been walking and running recently during PE classes. I have huge pains in my right knee. It REALLY hurts. Whenever i walk and put pressure on my right leg, there is a sense of enormous pain. Any suggestions? ):

okay so sometimes when i wake up my knee kinda hurts or is sore, also my right hand gets has this red blotch and sometimes gets swollen and it hurts to bend. i have been this flaky rash like thing on my body and it does not come in clusters but in one rash it comes and goes and leaves a scar on my body. i was just if that is Juvenile Rhuematoid Arthritis. Also i dont drink milk that at all
im 16 and the rash appears on my arms and shoulders
is JRA curable?
& only on hand gets the pain
& and the rash also appears on my stomach
