What do you do if you can’t afford Cobra from thejob you hadbeen laid off from andyou don’t qualifyforMedicaid?

Not only do you have psoriasis but it’s possible you have psoriatic arthritis also. I’m sure I am not the only one out there in this situation so any answer would be helpful. Thanks.

Cobra will be the cheapest insurance you will be able to get if you are not employed.
Depending on what state you live in, they have state programs that are inexpensive & don’t restrict preexisting conditions.
Otherwise, google free medical clinics & your state.
In New York there’s a program called HealthPlus.

I would call you local Social Services Department. Ask if there is a free health clinic in your area.
i never could understand that about cobra you lose your job and they want you to get thier insh. you cant even afford toilet paper after lossing a job and its expensive
