There are tons of options that can help you. You should try to talk to a dermatologist and to a rheumatologist. There are topical steroids, UV treatments, and a bunch of drugs known as DMARDs. Many of the arthritis treatments will help the skin and scalp problems. There are lots of new drugs, and more on the way. It is very possible that you can completely get rid of your psoriasis.
Also, I've had better look with t/gel than t/sal. You can alternate between the two; they're both pretty mild.
You can email if you have any questions. I've been there.
Yes!
Firstly though, you need to realise that the skin regenerates every 28 days so if you use any special shampoo, its effects will not last long. You need to attack the problem from within.
Aloe Vera drinking gel will boost your immune system and help your skin to become stronger and clearer, it might take a few months but it is well worth the trouble. Using an Aloe Vera based shampoo (not 'with aloe vera' but having the main ingredient as Aloe) will help on the surface.
Aloe has been used for skin complaints for centuries, long before the chemical companies forced their poo on us.
Good luck.
best to let me shampoo your hair for you so i can determine which is most effective
