I have TMJ and osteoarthritis in my jaw. any suggestions to help with the pain?

I take 800IB only. I am going to get a mouth piece. Any other suggestions?

Are you getting the Night Guard from your Oral Surgeon. They will fit you perfectly. Don’t try those cheap ones or even the 50 dollar night guards. Let your OS fit you. This is the first step I did nad regretfully I still have pain everyday. I had two surgeries to remove the emeninces on both sides. My Jaw dislocates when I yawn if I am not hand holding it. I have to be sedated for the ER docs to get it back in. I had to go to stronger meds to control the pain. If you are not seeing and Oral Surgeon already go see one.
