What are some “natural” ways to make my knee swelling go down?

According to the orthopedic, I have soriatic arthritis in my knees, and she gave me Voltaren gel to help the swelling go away, but it’s not working. I am also taking Tylenol three times a day, along with doing physical therapy for my legs. None of it is working, so do you have any suggestions for me that might make my legs feel better? Thanks!

Traditional therapies can help to a great extent. Try out acupuncture which will make swellings go down.
crush an onion, wrap it in a cloth strip around your knee and rest it. do it as long as possible, maybe overnight.
do not eat red meat, or drink wine, or spirits.
Icing is always beneficial to swelling. 20 minutes on/off a few times a day should help.
Also, I would consider taking an anti inflammatory for your pain…something like Naproxen, or even plain old Advil, rather than Tylenol.
Hope it helps!
