is this a form of arthritis that i have?
i’m 19 years old and i’m a runner. i’ve been having slight pains on the innerside of my right knee. so lately i’ve been doing workouts on the treadmill every other day to work on my speed. i’ve been doing just a one week workout on which every five minutes i increase the motor speed to 10 mph only for a min. now i don’t know if that has anything to do with my knee or if i overworked it. but is it a form of arthritis that i have or can it be just me overworking myself?
