I have arthritis in both knees, ankles, wrists & elbows. After a year of pain, I finally decided to try cortisone injections in my knees. I am wondering how long they will last.

It varies from person to person since everyone is different. Some people will get relieve from several weeks while others it might last for several months. It isn’t a cure all if that is what you are asking. You will have to repeat them. Do ask your doctor as to what their opinion is as to how long they think you might get relief before you have to come back. There may be a limit of number of total injections that you can receive, like 3 times, so ask that question too.
depends on the dosage. this is a question pointed toward your doctors office. nurses should be able to get the info for you over the phone.
