And or some minor worn cartilage? It can be problematic to walk up steps for instance. I’ve heard prolotherapy is good. Does anyone know of good, effective supplements for this?

Okay I don’t know if you able to access one but if you sit in a whirl pool. The heated water helps relax your joints and makes you feel relaxed. A sauna helps do the same but it’s really hot in those. Also you can eat more protein the protein helps make more cartilage in our joints. The pills and things that claim to help don’t, they actually just harm your body. Even though it hurts you can stretch and that helps.
PS: Glucosamine is bad if you care anything about animals because it comes from their cartilage
Go to your local drug store or a Wal-mart or what ever is near you that sells vitamins etc. and pick up some Glucosamine. It helps not only with joint pain in humans but also for older animal such as dogs! And it’s not very expensive.
You don’t say what type of Arthritis that you have. Is it Rheumatoid Arthritis or Osteoarthritis?
I suffer from Osteoarthritis of the knees, hands and back. I take Fish Oil tablets twice a day , Loratab for the pain, Furosemide for swelling and Meloxicam .
The Fish Oil tablets really help me. If I miss a day or two of them then I feel it "in my bones".
I tend to feel worse in the Summer than the Winter due to the humidity factor where I live.
