Get some good walking sneakers and walk.. Have your Mom or Dad talk to him this doesn’t sound right. I have Fibromyalgia and they say to exercise all the time..
Best of Luck.

ask your doctor if you can swim or do some other form of low impact exercise. exercise keeps you healthy and your doctor should respect this but he also won’t want you to become permanently injured. my grandma has arthritis very badly and the doctor actually recommended swimming to get her moving and maintain her flexibility, i don’t know if its the same for juvenile forms though.
