I’m a 22 years old male.
Two months ago some of my joints started cracking and hurting, and now it had spread to nearly all of my joints.
There is no swelling, redness or tenderness.
There’s pain and cracking.
Is there anyone here that had had Arthritis in such an early stage of his life?
Thanks!
Its not Lyme disease and not Fibromyalgia, thats for sure.
All of my joints are cracking.
My knees and wrists hurt most of the day when I exerts them.
There pain in other joins, but its less dominant.

Aleve seems to be the only thing that relieves osteoarthritis pain from running. Glucosamine doesn’t work. But is it OK to take an Aleve every day or does it have harmful effects over time?

I have psoriatic arthritis. Sort of like Rheumatoid, but mine is very severe. I take methotrexate and remicade as systemic treatments. I have been on opiods for years but find they depress me and wonder if anti-inflammatory does as well. Cannot life left arm anymore due to pain and lack of strength from the arthritis. Thanks
Sorry. I cannot lift my left arm…..

I’ve heard that cinnamon is good, but have no idea for the method and dosage.
I understand that cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory, therefore good for joint pain.
Thanks Cholla – I'll look forward to receiving the information.

Please answer this if you are a veterinary professional, physician, or a dog owner whose pet is being treated with this drug.
Chill out, I am asking because I am concerned about someone's dog. Yikes!

I recently read an article about seaweed wraps. It claimed that you lose inches, but it also eases the pain associated with arthritis. Has anyone ever tried this and if so, did it relieve the pain???

I have osteoarthritis. I'd like to start weight training (I already do plenty of cardio). However, I know that certain exercises will exacerbate my joint pain, at least while doing them. Is it better to work through arthritis pain when weight training so as to ultimately attain the benefit of stronger muscles, or will doing so further damage the joints?

Also, I'm 32. My hands & wrists hurt all the time. I've been tested for random & horrible diseases, with no positive results thank goodness.
Am I too young to have arthritis?
