I have always believed in God and now I wonder if God really exist in the way we perceive God to be. I mean can I really talk to him and something will get better. I have done this and I have prayed and meditate and I get what I ask for but it is a major mess up with it or my health I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hair is coming out from all the medications and I am a 30 year old woman and pretty and now I cant hardly hide spots as big as my hand coming out and it hurts cause u can’t deny your sick. And I pray and I still have pain and I believe God can heal so what is up with that. Or I prayed for protection for my son for and hour just meditate on God’s loving light and the next day he got angry and pushed the glass door hard and his hand got sliced and we had emergency surgery and they had to stick a tube down his throat for surgery and he might not of feeling again in his hand it was severed to the joint. So what is going on??? And there is other things but I always believed in God for 30 years and this hurts cause it undermines my whole foundation not to believe it hurts and I don’t know how to get back there how. I don’t know if I even believe in an afterlife. I almost feel maybe this is all chance and we are just here like cows, pigs, and grasshoppers. And it hurts cause that is not who I am please help please explain. Why so much pain why can’t God come and tell me it is going to be ok and you believed in me all this time and you were right you were right Anna to believe in me. I need help I feel so sad.
Thankyou so much it has really made me feel better and I know the conversations with God books Ive read them it's just things started getting so bad that I started having problems accepting things the way I always have prayed I just stopped understanding

What is the biblical foundation for that?
Also, how do they feel about the Christians on TV who heal peoples cancer and arthritis and debt with holy water and strange dancing?

I am looking around for more volunteer opportunities. I have been volunteering at the animal shelter for the past 9 months, but that’s only 2-4 hours a week. I narrowed down a list of places that I could volunteer at in town that I might be interested in. If any of you have experience with any of them, or if you know anyone who does it, I would appreciate it if you let me know how you/ they like it, or what they do:
- AFS Intercultural Program
- American Cancer Society
- American Heart Association
- Arthritis Foundation
- Bloodmobile
- Meals on Wheels
- Habitat For Humanity
- Food Bank
- Adopt a Trail
I’ve been to all the individual websites and know as they much as they explained. I’m just looking for other opinions. Thanks.
By the way, I’m Male, 23 and have essentially all the free time in the world, while I’m looking for a job.

I think I figured this problem out but I wanted to see what other people might come up with for an answer, I do not know the answer the book does not have it in the answer key which makes it more challenging. here it is.
In 1998, the number of people (in millions) reporting arthritis was 43. The number of people (in millions) predicted to be reporting arthritis in 2020 is 60. Let y be the number of people (in millions) reporting arthritis in year x, where x= 0 represents 1998. (source: Arthritis foundation)
a. Write a linear equation that models the number of people (in millions) reporting arthritus in terms of the year x.
b. Use this equation to predict the number of people reporting arthritis in 2010. ( Round to the nearest million.)
Have fun! I'm interested to see what answers appear.

We are forming a team for the Jingle Bell Run, a fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation, and its whimsical, in years prior, people have come dressed as the grinch and who's……. I need a name for my team. We are all pretty light hearted, but there will be children on the team, so nothing blatently raunchy….

My guy has three bulging disks in his back and wakes up every morning stiff and hurting. We have been told to move to a solid foundation mattress. He is looking at the memory foam mattresses and latex. does anyone out there have any suggestions to help us decide which mattress is good for helping to alivate pain. He is fifty five and has some arthritis too.
