this all started about 5-6 months ago. It started with a lot of pain in my knee caps when ever i worked out or ran. Recently I’ve noticed a bad/constante twitch in my knees. I’m kinda getting worried about this. Sports are my life and I’m still pretty young! Please don’t tell me i have arthritis! if i do, do really have that bad of a disadvantage?

All of a sudden I get pain in my left hip a month ago, and it is still tender today. I don’t understand what happened. It seems that walking is helping a whole lot right now. Instead of being able to exercise it out, some of the problem is transferred to hyperextending my left knee too. What can I do?
Are there any supplements I can take to get rid of the arthritis?
I read that apple cider vinegar is supposed to be better than ice. Is this true?

At first it was just one knee and then the other. Sometimes both at the same time. I can’t straighten the left leg fully and the right knee feels like a large bump or may-be the muscle is just swollen on the back of the knee. My sister has the same thing and she was told it was just arthritis. I have had knee trouble since I was very young.

I’m trying to become a model, and my only real issues are my tummy, love handles, rear end, and upper arms. I’ve always had a belly, and I’ve never been able to get rid of it. I also have a bit of a problem with many workout routines because I have bad knees from dancing for over 8 years (arthritis in a teenager sucks).
Anywho, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on how to lose about five or ten pounds, mainly off my rear, tummy, love handles, and upper arms without over-working my knees.
Oh, and I can’t really afford a gym membership right now
Also: I don’t eat fast food or junk. I eat a subway turkey sandwich each day for lunch, dinner is usually a lean cuisine, diet/protein bar, or cereal, and breakfast is cereal or a diet/protein bar.

My mom has been having severe pain in her shin that radiates up to her knee. The local Drs. can’t find any reason why. She has had an ultrasound and xrays that show nothing but a small trace of arthritis in the knee. she is taking vicodin and an anti-inflammatory and nothing is helping. Heat doesn’t help much, nor does an topical ointments. We are at our wits end. She hasn’t slept well in a week. It bothers her more after she goes to bed and in the middle of the night. She is 78 yrs old. Any suggestions on where to turn next.

I like to crack my knuckles, my wrist, and my knee. More frequently my knuckles. I heard that you could get arthritis from cracking them but i don’t know. Any help?
