LOOKING FOR PAIN RELIEF FROM ARTHRITIS, USING NATURAL GOODS VERSES PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. lOTS LESS SIDE EFFECTS, AND HEALTHIER RELIEF.

Is this knee arthritis?

The pain I have is immediately above the knee as I walk down stairs and if I or someone else has their fingers over that area "cracking" or "crumbling" can be felt. The area also swells after use, and the pain can be severe. What can this be???

Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA)?

Considering the various types of physical and health impairments, do you believe that certain impairments impact normal motor development more significantly than others?

Elbow pain… is it arthritis?

I have psoriatic arthritis and so far it has affected my knee joints and neck. Well, for the past couple weeks I have felt a tiny bit of pain in my elbows. There’s no swelling or redness, though. Do you think it’s my arthritis creeping up?

My mom has been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for years. As she gets older nothing seems to truly relieve the pain. She has tried everything from aspirin to Embrel without much success.

About 6 months ago her doctor prescribed Norco, or the generic Hydrocodone-APAP 10/325. She takes 3 to 4 Norco a day, depending on her arthritis pain, although the prescription allows her to take up to 6 a day. This is the first medication that truly has given her real pain relief in years.

Since she is feeling better, her moods have improved and she also has become more active on a daily basis. My concern is that hydrocodone can be extremely addictive. I guess my question is, actually how much hydrocodone does she have to take before she becomes addicted, or is she on a safe dose? Or, perhaps addiction is a better alternative than the pain of rheumatoid arthritis?

Thanks in advance for your responses!!

my mom has had rheumatoid arthritis for about 9 years now, and she had a knee replacement about 6 years ago… lately her arthritis has been causing her a lot of pain that she loses sleep over… medications that her doc gives her do not help. Are there any natural remedies or vitamins she can take to help ease the pain?

my dad has knee arthritis?

He is 80. The doctor said just take Tylenol, which only works for a bit. The heat pads work for a bit too. I like home remedies, so I read about the concoction of liquid pectin and grape juice. My mom says he is on Lipitor, and cannot take grape juice. When I investigated this, I saw Grapefruit juice, not grape juice. Cannot be the same interaction, can it? He is in alot of pain. No shot either, the doctor doesn’t want that.
